Public Safety Committee
MISSION:
The committee actively engages with residents to understand their public safety concerns and needs. The committee may also engage the community in Safety Education and Awareness, Emergency Preparedness, Advocacy for Safety Improvements, and a resource hub for public safety information, resources, and services within the neighborhood. The committee may provide policy recommendations to the City Council on public safety matters. They review and analyze relevant policies, propose new initiatives, and advocate for policy changes that prioritize community safety and well-being.

COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE:
This committee meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm. Location and agenda will be posted at least 72 hours before the meeting time.
