HHPNC Election: Request your ballot by April 28th

Request Your Ballot to Vote by Mail

 

This year the Neighborhood Council Elections will be through a Vote-By-Mail process allowing stakeholders to conveniently cast their ballots from April 1, 2025 to May 6, 2025.


Stakeholders who are interested in voting may complete a Vote-By-Mail application online using the NC Portal or complete and download a fillable paper application here


The Vote-By-Mail deadline to request a ballot for Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council Elections is April 28, 2025. 

 

Return your ballot no later than May 6, 2025.

If voting via USPS, your ballot must be postmarked by Election Day.  

You can also drop off your ballot at one of the following Ballot Box locations, during their regular hours of operation.

El Sereno Regional Branch Library

Lincoln Heights Branch Library

Robert Louis Stevenson Branch Library

Eagle Rock Branch Library

Glassell Park Recreation Center and Youth Center

Cypress Park Recreation Center

Montecito Heights Recreation Center

No appointment needed! Bring a photo ID and something that shows that you live, work, own real-estate, go to school, or worship in Highland Park (e.g. Driver's license, mortgage statement, utility bill, etc.)
