Learn how to apply for an Neighborhood Purpose Grant (NPG) up to $5000! NPGs are awards of public funds to a 501(c)(3) or public school for a project that will benefit the public. Our NC will consider all eligible projects within the Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council Boundaries.
