Culture & Equality Committee
Mission: To provide a welcoming, inclusive, and open-minded forum for productive discussion of cultural affairs and equality for all stakeholders in the Highland Park community. To provide thought leadership on social issues and foster a culture of unity for and understanding for all stakeholders in our community. To empower members of our community who need it most and begin to address various types of inequity by providing meaningful communications and information and help bridge gaps in access to resources such as jobs, events, affordable housing, and education. To address issues pertaining to cultural and historical preservation and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for the arts.
